Mr. Neumann is a bankruptcy practitioner who represents primarily debtors in proceedings before the United States Bankruptcy Court. He has served on the Lawyer's Advisory Committee to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. He was also a court-appointed member of the Local Rules Committee for the Bankruptcy Court in Mr. Neumann also practices in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate finance, sale and acquisition, business sale and acquisition. Reported opinions arising from cases in which Mr. Neumann had primary responsibility are the following: Some of the Chapter 11 proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey in which Mr. Neumann was/is primary counsel to the debtor include the following: Mr. Neumann received his B.A. from Hobart College, and his J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law. He is a member of the Monmouth County, New Jersey State (Bankruptcy Law Section) Bar Associations. Mr. Neumann has lectured for the Institute of Continuing Education of the New Jersey State Bar Association and other professional education organizations. |
